We also offer a complex water proofing/sealing system for all concrete and masonry walls and floors. This high strength, fast setting sealing system is specially designed to immediately arrest the seepage or flow of water through concrete joints, leaking cracks and holes.
We clean all types of natural stone such as Marble, Granite, Travertine, Limestone, Slate, and Sandstone. Through time your Natural Stone can become dull and lose its luxurious finish. Through general footfall and traffic the stone can become scratched which will make your flooring look dull and the lifeless.
As well as restoring your Natural stone flooring, we can also give professional care and regular maintenance program to maintain the desired finish of your flooring in your home or business.
The Cleaning Process
Please ensure the area to be cleaned is cleared on our arrival. Delicate areas to be cleaned will be masked.
- The floor will be mopped to remove surface grime from the tile and grout areas.
- Honing powder will be applied and worked using a rotary scrubber, this will remove minor scratches and deep grime.
- The whole area will then be re-mopped with another cleaner to remove rotary grime and if needed, a second pass will be made over the surface area.
- Then using our turbo dryer the floor will then be dried.
- Once dry a sealant of your choice will be applied, whether your looking for an enhanced or natural look.
- A second coat will be applied if needed.
The Sealants
- We offer an enhanced sealant which will give an amazing shine to your floor. Nothing over powering but bringing out the natural colours of the stone.
- Natural sealant leaving an invisable barrier to your floor, if your after a natural finish this is definitely the product.
- Anti Slip – This can be applied to all walking surfaces. Ideal for bathroom floors when stepping out of the shower. Work areas where they can get wet and walked across regularly.
All our sealants can last up to 10 years once applied. Ensure to use a neutral ph floor cleaner to maintain the floors. (This can be supplied)
- We also supply anti slip and shower glass protection – Bathroom and shower wall surface cleaned and sealed. Cleaned, removing lime scale and water marks. Once completed the glass will be treated ensuring ease of clean and staying cleaner for longer.
